My name is Dr. Pamela B Connor and I have been a childcare director for 12 years. Since 2021, I have been a Georgia Approved State trainer and started my own training and consulting business, Root and Rise, LLC. I offer custom trainings to teachers and staff of young children. I offer courses in Social-Emotional Development; Developmentally Appropriate Teaching Practices; Classroom Management; Lesson plans and curriculum development; and more. I am also a certified Professional Learning Community Facilitator and an approved Child Development Associates instructor. I have worked in the field of education for over 30 years and I believe professionals who work with our youngest learners need and deserve quality educational experiences to root them in the knowledge they need to help their students rise and be successful.
