Dr. Toneka M. Green is a devoted educator with nearly 20 years of experience in the field. She is the founder and a consultant at 4Green Educational Consulting. Dr. Green has also filled the role of Chief Academic Officer of a national and state recognized, top ranking elementary and middle school network where she oversaw all curriculum, instruction, and accountability programs, initiatives, budgets, and personnel. Prior to accepting the position as Chief Academic Officer, Dr. Green has been a Curriculum Coordinator, an Assistant Administrator, an Enterprise Learning Coach with a $24.9 million Race to the Top Grant, a Master Teacher with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET), an instructional coach, an interventionist, and a classroom teacher at several grade levels. Dr. Green has a proven record for teacher development and student achievement and extensive experience working with students, teachers, and administrators in charters and traditional public schools.
