In 2020, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. I continued my education through Westerns Governors University where I earned my Master of Education in Technology and Learning in 2021. Through my professional experience, I was able to obtain an extensive knowledge on the administrative and teaching processes of the early education field. I have developed and implemented multiple curricula and supported positive outcomes for my students, families, and staff/teachers. As an educator, I have consistently raised children and families beyond their state mandates development standards As a director, I have trained teachers to reach their full potential through planning, organizing, providing professional assistance and career development.
