I have 5 years experience working as a preschool teacher in South Carolina. I have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina with a gifted and talented certification added on. I also have my American Sign Language Certificate from Midlands Technical College. As the Hearing Screening Program Coordinator at Beginnings SC, I conduct hearing screenings in child care centers and schools across the state to help identify children with hearing loss. When we identify a child with hearing loss, we can get them the services and interventions they need to be successful.
