I have over thirty year plus career as an Early Childhood teacher, supervisor, director, Certified trainer and quality coach. At the Children’s Center at USC, I worked with diverse educational approaches such as Reggio Emilia, High Scope Project and Developmentally Appropriate Approach, West Ed. and many others. My experience gave me insight to provide developmentally appropriate practices and a safe/nurturing environment to meet each child’s and family’s needs. Through partnership with different stakeholders and Early Childhood Organizations gave me a unique understanding of early childhood administration, management and policy practices. It also gave me an opportunity to interact with early childhood professionals to broaden my understanding and skills in current Early Childhood issues, researches and trend. I am excited to apply my skills sets with my experiences as a SC Quality Coach in mentoring, training, coaching and early childhood resource development provider.
