I have a Master in Special Education and a Master in Elementary Education from Liberty University. I have worked in childcare for over twenty years as a childcare Owner, Director and educator. I have a non profit organization for preschool children with disabilities called Inclusion for Early Child Care, LLC and own a child care center called Bright New Beginnings, CDC, LLC. I train parents and child care professionals on how to do lessons, planning, classroom setup, documentation, behavior modification and provide resources. I train parents on advocacy and how to find quality childcare if their child has a disability.
